Bio:
As one of the more enlivening figures around the club, Oliver, Ozzy, Stato, Alan or Mushtaq, Smith can often be found, attending committee meetings, harassing club presidents with new ideas, or prowling over the Palace Shield and Northern League website, checking and memorizing the latest results and stats.

Oliver is an aggressive Leg Spin bowler, and a solid lower order/opening batsman (short lived), easily recognisable by his extremely squeaky pads and penchant for red inkers. Some have described his fielding as comparable to a hockey goal keeper, although Smith maintains he is a solid cover fielder.

Despite his on field prowess, Smith has ideas beyond the pitch, his outspoken manner has spelled out his desires to become a committee member, and take a more active role in the club, some may say he is a genuine club man, whereas others may argue he simply has far too much time on his hands.
